It is estimated that only 1% of the textile we use is ultimately recycled into new garments because of its complexity, while research collated by the Ellen MacArthur Foundation suggests that global clothing production has doubled in the past 15 years. As a result, Textile waste occupies about 5% of landfill space and the amount is growing.ALMA GREEN DESIGN was created in 2018 by Sylvie Degrange and Hélène-Marie Ceillier to provide a new Circular Experience in the Home textile Industry, in order to Save the Planet while you sleep.ALMA GREEN DESIGN is producing in Spain a range of products made of recycled cotton, controlling the whole process from collection of wastes, elaboration of the yarn (recycling wastes), weaving, tailoring and selling to the final customer. ALMA GREEN DESIGN use RePack (reusable packaging) service in order to motivate his customers to send back textile they no more use, con purpose to recycle them into new yarns.
