Alpenglow Collective Details
Alpenglow Collective is a connecting force for the women's and trans climbing community. It is an inclusive platform where women, trans people, and gender non-conforming folks can connect, find climbing partners, and create lasting relationships. We strive to foster in-person mentorships within the climbing community and facilitate the transition from gym to crag. Users create a profile, or "climbing resume" with their interests, locations, schedules, experience, and goals. They can message each other to meet up and climb, or post in our Forum. We also host climbing-related events across the country and have regional Alpenglow Ambassadors in Washington, Oregon, California, Colorado, and New York. We are excited to have recently brought a CTO onto our executive team, who will aid us in rebuilding our site to be more intuitive and full of new features.
