Alpha District is the largest district of Milan Design Week. It is a territorial marketing project sponsored by the Municipality of Milan.It covers a very large part of the city, starting from the Portello - an area where the Alfa Romeo plants once stood - it extends concentrically including the Cagnola and QT8 districts.Alpha District was born from the desire to redeem a multi-faceted urban area that has the potential to become a point of connection, sharing and culture through design-related initiatives.Alpha District is a symbol of the cultured and hardworking city of design, Milano.
