Alpha Energy, Inc. is a well funded company led by a team of seasoned industry professionals and financial representatives engaged in Oil and Gas Lease and mineral acquisitions, exploration, production and joint venture partnerships. Our focus is to acquire existing production and employing enhanced recovery methods with new technology and development drilling to increase production and add value to the properties acquired. Our additional operations include gas transportation and marketing as well as operation of localized field gas gathering systems. Alpha will continue to expand our current asset base located within the DJ-Niobrara shale play located in Colorado and Wyoming. Our additional activities include expansion throughout the Rocky Mountain Region as well as other active producing basins located in Oklahoma and Texas.
