Alpha Omega Theta Sorority Inc. was founded as a non-collegiate social sorority by Grand Founder Soror Sherika Mitchell. Our grand founder had a vision to bring a massive network of women from all over the world together in sisterhood and service to the community in which they reside. Our founding Sorors, Soror Londyn Nicole and Soror Kiawana Avery along with Grand Founder Soror Sherika aimed to include women in business and those who aspired to become business owners. We live on three basic principles which we call the Three Pearls of Theta: Sisterhood, Service and Networking.
