I'm a licensed clinical professional counselor with over 20 years in the mental health field and 10 years in the higher education field. I have held positions ranging from entry level to senior leadership to adjunct professor. I have spent the past 6 years as a training and development lead in the Employee Assistance field. I've spent that time training, consulting and providing trauma responses to a wide range of organizations. Some of my areas of my training expertise include Stress Management, Reasonable Suspicion, Wellness, Emotional Intelligence and variety of other topics that will help you and your team's performance.
