This company was founded on a personal mission, and a passion for helping mothers like me find a job. In 2016, I started my own company by targeting small businesses that didn't have HR departments. Until COVID most companies were local, now I staff for corporate and remote opportunities as well. I keep a candidate database and focus on the face to face/zoom vetting process and referral-based candidate leads. In my 22 years of experience, I have always thought of ways to connect people as well as businesses. Early 2018 I created a group of 20 women business professionals to network and join in a monthly referral meeting in Vernon Hills, IL. I also created a private Facebook page to post my current jobs and a way to engage with my candidates. It's very important for me to be top of mind when it comes to a referral.
