Alta was originally formed in 1999 and provided technical recruiting services to companies nationwide for their enterprise software projects. After working as Recruiting Manager for a rapidly growing, very successful startup in Boulder, recognized there are significant pains for startups around hiring that I have a passion for solving. After a recent acquisition, decided to go back on my own and rebranded Alta to serve the startup community. Alta is a hiring partner, not an agency, offering services from setting a company up to optimize and be self sufficient in early hiring, up to providing on-site consulting and recruiting services. (based upon availability) Working with Alta will minimize or even eliminate the need for expensive agency fees, save the Founder's valuable time and help Founders to focus on hiring the people for their unique culture.
