There are 3 aspects to Alterna International.For 26 years we have been helping people reach ultimate wellness with real food technology products. The body knows the difference between food and synthetic chemicals and ground up rocks. Our sports products meet the anti-doping standards. Our skin care products are paraben free.As a professional health coach with an MS in Special Ed/Learning Disabilities I specialize working with children with various learning differences. I often ask parents if it is ADD or NDD = nutritional Deficit Disorder and go from there. Due to personal experience with chronic or old Lyme, I also coach those who may be suffering from Lyme or other auto-immune symptoms.And, with an Indigo quantum biofeedback system, I help people manage their stress and pain.
