ALTENRG is a solar park newly registered public limited company incorporated in Malta. The purpose of this company is to raise capital for developing a photovoltaic power plant in Re- public of Bulgaria (EU), to create value and to distribute this value to all holders of security tokens.The aim of this document is to help the company to execute an STO (security token offerings) and to obtain enough funding to create a solar park. The solar park will produce cheap and clean energy for the period of 30 years.During the Security Token Offering (STO) a total amount of 820 million tokens will be issued under the name of ALTERING Token, the ticker will be ALE. All unsold tokens at the end of the STO will be kept for future issuance, in case of additional investment needs.
