Alvan Productions is a South African based production company. This company is dedicated to creating short narrative films, mini-documentaries, and showcasing the talent of the South African film industry. Alvan Productions aims to create entertainment for a variety of different people and to provide insight into various topics through our documentaries. Alvan Productions was founded by Abigail Lea van Heerden, in Hilton Kwa-Zulu Natal in 2020. After struggling to find her way into the Cape Town film industry she decided to forge her path, and Alvan Productions was formed. Through hard work and dedication, Alvan Productions was officially launched on 15 August 2020 with the short narrative film Trust Me. This Production Company, although small, aims to produce high-quality entertainment in the form of short films. As well as providing interesting bits of information through their documentaries. It is through the ongoing support of fans and viewers that allows this company to keep going and keep creating.
