We buy promissory notes - both performing and non-performing - in affordable neighborhoods throughout the U.S. Many of these neighborhoods are in a gentrification cycle. Our intent is to stabilize those neighborhoods while avoiding the displacement of its residents. Alvernia Capital Management aims to encourage respect and generosity by investing in young talent. To fulfill this vision, Alvernia Capital Management will launch a foundation that will become the preeminent developer of talent for deserving underprivileged individuals in the Bahamas and Caribbean, the birthplace of our founder Dr. Rudolph Francis.
