At no charge, I will meet with families to discuss and determine any needs or required assistance. From there, I will create a personalized care plan based off their needs (personal, medical, financial, etc). The goal is to take any and all pressure off of seniors and their families, making the transition as seamless as possible. This can include anything from personally escorting families on a tour of a matched assisted living community to checking in with families post-placement to ensure they are satisfied. One-on-one service such as this guarantees the individualized care seniors deserve.
