I am the president and owner of Always First Home Inspections. I am an AF veteran of over 24 years, member of the American Society of Home Inspectors and International Association of Certified Home Inspections. I received my training from the Texas chapter of American Home Inspectors Training in Dallas. AFHI performs all inspections in strict compliance with ASHI and InterNACHI standards of practice, and code of ethics. Our goal is to perform the best and timely inspection for our clients. Additionally, all inspections are backed by InterNACHI's "We'll Buy Your Home Back" guarantee and can schedule inspections on the same day, if needed.. AFHI performs several additional services, such as Radon tests, mold and air quality tests, termite /WDO inspections, and free Infrared Thermal Imagining Inspection with each inspection. Additional, our commercial inspectors have been trained by Carson & Dunlop, a leader in commercial inspection industry, and follow strict guidelines of the baseline property condition assessment process as outlined by the Society of Testing Material (ASTM) Standard E2018.
