Alyce Designs has been nationally recognized for their "Distinguished Excellence" in prom, bridal, and special occasion dresses. Alyce Hamm, a native of Alsace-Lorraine, France, opened Alyce Designs in 1967 with her brother Jean-Paul Hamm, the companys President and C.E.O. In 1955, Alyce emigrated to the United States from Paris, where she trained as a costume designer at the prestigious Paris Ecole de Couture.The result of this prodigious, long-term effort? An extensive national award-winning manufacturer: 20 DEBI awards, a Chicago Designer of the Year Award, a Manufacturer of the Year Award, numerous DIVA awards, and a Desert Rose Award.
