About the South Carolina Chapter:The Alzheimer's Association South Carolina Chapter is the result of a 2006 merger of the Upstate South Carolina Chapter and the Palmetto Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association. The unified statewide chapter serves the entire state of South Carolina through a network of local offices.
