With nearly four decades of experience serving customers across the globe, AM Technologies is a pioneer in the development and deployment of remote monitoring systems for myriad applications, employing technology that has evolved into the Internet of Things.AM has been at the forefront of monitoring systems for the Broadband Industry since the early 1980's, when the company was the first to develop, manufacture and install transponders and centralized monitoring software for Cable TV operators to remotely monitor their outside plant equipment. Initially these monitoring systems were, of necessity, based on proprietary technology. Quickly recognizing the shift in customer preferences toward industry standards, AM embraced the use of technologies such as DOCSIS and SNMP. A measure of our success over the years is the number of transponders deployed by our customers: a number that goes well into the millions.Today AM Technologies is developing monitoring systems using Internet of Things technology, to extend the customer's reach to places and objects previously not monitored, and to expand the essential role of monitoring to smart monitoring , with value-added services such as Field Service Management.From our main office located in the Dulles Technology Corridor of Washington DC, AM Technologies reaches out to customers worldwide. With Field Engineers located in the United States, Latin America and India, technical support is available around the clock. Our Technology Center of Excellence is located in Chennai, India, adjacent to the renowned Indian Institute of Technology campus. AM products are manufactured at our ISO 9001:2015 manufacturing facility located in Kochi, India.
