Aman Institute for Vocational Training, more commonly known as Aman Tech is a Section 42 not-for-profit company, set up in 2011. The Institute empowers the youth of Pakistan, both economically and socially, by providing them avenues to enhance their skills and prospects of employability. This enables a positive impact on the livelihoods of the youth of Pakistan, their families, and communities. The idea of AMANTECH was conceived to address the growing issue of unemployment in Pakistan by targeting those segments of society that lack access to high-quality education and professional training. The program seeks to provide them with employable skills through vocational and technical training. Upon graduation, students are assisted with employment opportunities in Pakistani companies or in some cases even placed in jobs internationally, by a dedicated Industrial Liaison & Placement department. The department works directly with companies such as Toyota and Dawlance to identify the specific needs of the job market, place graduates for employment, and collect feedback in order to constantly improve the program.Mission :Empowering the Pakistani youth through vocational training skills, thereby contributing to their economic upliftment as well as their families and communities.Vision:To empower the youth in Pakistan by harnessing their talent into employable skills
