John is an active member in his community and a 10 year Pararescueman in the United States Air Force. With multiple combat deployments and leadership positions John has the ability to lead Amaton Capital into the next wave of investing in the multifamily platform. John has been investing in Real Estate for many years throughout his travels. Ranging from rehabbing single family homes and multifamily properties to long term purchase and hold properties in the secotr of single family homes, duplexes, triplexes, and multi-family properties. This allows John to focus, analyze, and create opportunity within the correct markets to align with our investing needs.Our co-founder Gregg has a list of experiences to ensure Amaton is at the cutting edge of technology and investment knowledge. Gregg started in the residential real estate sector starting as a realtor in South Florida. From there, he was able to become a top producing agent with sales over $10,000,000 in his second year followed by many years of increasing sales. Gregg shortly thereafter started a brokerage in South Florida that quickly became a powerhouse brokerage in a short period of time. In the meantime, he was able to start procuring long term purchase and hold duplexes, triplexes, and multifamily assets. This gave him the ability to learn the investment sector of real estate and become one of the leading brokerages and property owners in South Florida.
