amaZEN U LLC is an education technology organization that provides an effortless way for teachers to integrate yoga and mindfulness activities into any PreK-12 classroom's daily routine. Through a simple web based platform, teachers can access nearly 100 short video exercises in just a few clicks. We have a subscription-based model where members can sign up to view activities that can all be done standing or sitting in a chair. Teachers can lead their students through short exercises/brain breaks during the school day or whenever students need a break.amaZEN U was created based on the knowledge that effective classroom strategies including "brain breaks" or short physical and attention focusing activities such as yoga and mindfulness help re-engage students to have better academic performance.
