Amber Grid started its operations on 1 August 2013. Amber Grid shares are listed on the Baltic Secondary List of the NASDAQ Vilnius Stock Exchange. The controlling stake of Amber Grid is owned by the holding company EPSO-G, whose 100% of the shares are owned by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Lithuania.
