Our strategy is PRESENCE. 8 salesmen are working with clients every day. Our goal is to get good presentations set up in selected stores. That means: enough products in a good location, highlighted with promotional materials. We build strong relations with our customers by offering discounts, free promotional materials, branded display cases, free frames for sales staff based on sales, and discounts on our training events. We participate in all local trade shows, congresses, and training events. If opticians have a meeting, we find a way to be there. We organize 15-20 promotional events yearly. We have learned to work with a marketing structure that is built around presenting a brand, then supporting the brand with brilliant customer service and steady Field work. Our customer service team is a tool to push premium brands to higher sales levels. We regularly train our salesmen and partners to confirm brand DNA and environment. We make email presentations, newsletters, and special offers. We believe that a strong sales team must be backed up with a strong customer service team and that both must be backed up with a strong marketing team.We are active in the European optical market. ,Our primary distribution is in Czech, Slovak, Poland and Hungary.
