MISSION STATEMENTThe mission of the American Association for Corporate Recreation and Sport (AACRS) is twofold:To offer the American employee opportunities for increased well-being and community through social and physical activity on an international stage.&To offer American corporate management an avenue for supporting the health and personal development of their employees while positively impacting workplace culture.HOW WE DO ITAs the only authorized American member of the World Federation for Company Sport (WFCS), we partner with 28 member organizations to organize, promote, and execute the World Company Sport Games. Participants from around the world come together as representatives of their companies and countries, for friendly competition in numerous amateur athletic and recreational activities.The World Company Sport Games are more than a sporting competition. They are a chance to bring together working people from across the globe to demonstrate the virtues of company sport and recreation. Open to all skill levels and abilities and for organizations of all sizes, industries, and functions, the WCSG is the largest, most inclusive sporting event dedicated to employees. Following two successful editions of the World Company Sport Games in 2016 and 2018, in Palma de Mallorca and La Baule, respectively, that welcomed thousands of athletes from across the world, Athens, Greece will play host to the 3rd World Company Sport Games. We look forward to welcoming back old companies and competitors, and are ready to inspire new ones to partake in this special event.
