The American Bionics Project is working to aid the development advanced assistive technologies for people with lower-limb disabilities. We are working toward a future where injury, disease, and age no longer determine one's activity level. Our vision is a world in which wheelchairs are obsolete and everyone, regardless of physical condition, can walk, run, and play to the full extent of the human spirit.
