The American Chamber of Commerce in Libya (AmCham Libya), is an independent affiliate of the United States Chamber of Commerce. AmCham Libya is member-based organization that seeks to foster economic development by American companies in Libya through the promotion of regional trade and investment, business development, public policy advocacy, human resources development and business community outreach.AmCham Libya works to enhance bilateral trade between Libya and the United States by creating an environment for business matchmaking and by attracting international investment to Libya. AmCham Libya is able to do this by leveraging its relationships at the highest levels of the Libyan government, and by working with Libyan officials to overcome obstacles to trade and investment. Members of AmCham Libya stand to benefit from our comprehensive network comprised of senior level actors in Libya's private and public sectors.
