The American Egyptian Youth Network (AEYN) is a U.S.-based nonprofit, nonpartisan organization recently launched by first generation Egyptian-Americans. With almost three-quarters of Egypt's population under the age of 35, AEYN is driven by a profound awareness that Egypt's future is ultimately tied to the fate of its youth. At the same time, AEYN appreciates the vital importance of cross-cultural dialogue and interaction in an increasingly interconnected world. In this spirit, AEYN seeks to build a community of Americans who care about Egypt's future, foster dialogue about issues facing young Egyptians, and promote collaborations that support the advancement of Egyptian youth.
