The Northern California / Nevada Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) represents over 200 appraisers in the San Francisco Bay Area, the Central Valley, the greater Sacramento area, and the state of Nevada.The American Society of Appraisers is the nation's oldest and largest interdisciplinary appraisal organization. Founded in 1936, the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) is a union of appraisal professionals and others interested in the appraisal profession. International in structure, it is self-supporting and independent and only major appraisal organization representing all of the disciplines of appraisal specialists.
