AMiCE Alliance for Advanced Manufacturing in Central Europe Details
AMiCE is a network of innovation tandems from 5 Central European regions from Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Italy and Spain, representing business support and research organisations. Through improved inter-regional collaboration we want to support small and medium-sized enterprises in our regions to explore and to use the opportunties of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as 3D-Printing and circular economy related technologies. For that purpose AMiCE develops tools for the improved cooperation of enterprises and the research community, provides guidance and support for companies and researchers to develop future-promising innovations and projects. The regional innovation communities will benefit from a dedicated knowledge network, comprising customised web-based information about the opportunities and challenges of the implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies, a network of pilot lines and demonstrators, providing testing facilities and an international co-operation hotspot, complementing the partnership opportunities of the Enterprise Europe Network.
