Amira & Co was founded in 2013 by Amira elAdawi, a former senior principal at Booz & Co, an external advisor to Bain & Co, and a long-time collaborator and partner of PIP.Amira & Co (previously Global Perspectives) was created based on the belief that there is a better model for management consulting to deliver enduring value to clients. We are a boutique global management consulting firm led by senior leaders with deep experience from Big 5 firms as well as hands-on operational roles. We work exclusively on M&A integrations and enterprise optimization.The firm has worked with a wide range of clients including Fortune-100 & FTSE-100 companies, private equity investors, and governments on large complex, high-value transactions across a range of industry sectors including hospitality, tourism, consumer products, education, agriculture & horticulture, and pharmaceutical retail.
