Launched in March 2020 out of a partnership between LifeMax and Amgen, AmMax Bio, Inc. ("AmMax") is a privately held, clinical stage biotech company focused on unlocking the therapeutic potential of the CSF1R platform ("colony stimulating factor 1 receptor") to address diseases with significant unmet medical needs and sizable market potential. We have two clinical stage programs, AMB-051 and AMB-053.
