The only thing we love more than crafting delicious wood fired pizza, is sharing it with the fabulous people that inspire it — the locals. We're not just talking about Sunshine Coasters, we're talking about the community of fabulous folk all around Australia. We are passionate about sharing the traditional Italian wood fired pizza catering experience with as many people as we can.We create a great vibe with our custom made Led light pizza sign which can be seen from afar.Our wagon comes complete with a traditional wood fired Pizza oven, sinks, fridges and bain marie / prep station.There are 2 large rustic recycled timber A-frame tables for our POS and service area, and also a large timber blackboard menu. Fresh potted herbs such as basil sit on top of the tables to create a great feel, and to also use fresh ingredients to top our pizzas.Rustic recycled wood panels can be seen across the back of the wagon creating a wonderful ambience.We also have festoon lights along the roof which adds to the evening ambiance.
