The mission of the Advanced Manufacturing and Prototyping for Design research lab is to investigate and define innovative techniques and methods of construction applicable to the architecture and construction sector through the use of advance tools of design, fabrication, and manufacturing. The fourth industrial revolution is core to our research exploring methods of improving information flow from design to fabrication—across the digital continuum—to design architecture that builds wellbeing for people and the planet.
