A world restored from sexual harm. That's what we're going for. Our mission is ambitious, but, we believe, not out of reach: To heal and prevent sexual harm by making restorative justice accessible to and inclusive of all the people and communities affected by it.In other words, we want to take restorative justice, for sexual harm, to scale.- We will be doing this work in six areas of work:- Building out the Ampersands Model for Restorative Justice for sexual harm- Training facilitators- Facilitating restorative processes- Helping communities, institutions and organizations create restorative processes- Advocating and educating for restorative justice, and - Building a supply of participants.
