Amplio Pharma is a privately owned wholly women founded pharmaceutical company. Our vision is to develop and apply modern-day technology to fix the short-comings from drugs that otherwise have a proven track record in their disease area. Our first development candidate, AMP101, is being developed to boost the responder rate to current 1st line RA treatment from ca 35% to up to 70%. We reach this goal through inverse retention, where we maintain the active form of the 1st line treatment of choice - for AMP101 the first line drug targeted is injectable low-dose Methotrexate - in the body for a longer period of time.
