ANA Consulting LLC is a Small Woman Owned business whose principals have extensive experience in managing projects for various clients worldwide. We benefit from an internationally diverse staff and a large consultant database that includes a variety of technical experts dedicated in several critical focus areas. We have over 10 years of experience in the emerging markets including countries in Asia, Middle East, and Africa in the areas of Public Financial Management reform, training, capacity development, institutional development, financial management information systems and public sector reform. We have worked with donors including USAID, WB, and DFID. Currently, we are working with KPMG LLP on their WMATA contract in Washington DC on Asset Management, Audit Readiness and Financial Management. We work with consulting companies and their subject matter experts to prepare materials for proposals, including interviewing experts and/or reviewing and revising text prepared by subject matter experts. We spend time reviewing proposal pieces and final text for clarity, consistency, and responsiveness to RFP requirements, in preparation for proposal team reviews and final production. Over the years, we have established strong relationships with clients, potential teaming partners, and local staff of several countries including Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Ethiopia, India, Kenya, Turkey, and United States. We gather operational and country information; and analyze the competitive environment to enhance write up of various proposal sections. As needed, we can edit and proofread proposal sections; and serve as proposal reviewers by conducting third party reviews. We prepare compliance and staffing matrixes and evaluate the proposal against the RFQ/RFP documents. ANA Consulting has also led business development efforts including capture planning, bid tracking and researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; contacting potential partners; and discovering and exploring opportunities for small and mid size businesses.Come explore the ANA family.....
