AIMS is focused on mentoring and coaching leaders as they support their organizations on the lean journey.The following Lean and Six Sigma(LSS) programs are implemented based on the situation:• LSS training (5 weeks over 6 months) – train and coach internal resources to drive operational excellence in any business or service settings (ROI is typically 6 months to 1 year)• Lean Focus workshop – solve a single business issue or challenge. After the workshop the team would be capable of addressing similar issues on its own without AIMS Inc support.• LSS Awareness training to start the change process in a department or organization• LSS Kaizen workshops – develop point solutions to "Point Problems" – very focused and detailed• LSS – Engineering Focus will create systems that will launch new services and products from "concept to commercialization"• LSS Coaching for leaders and managers to to ensure proper support and nurturing of LSS efforts in the front lines i.e. the value creating levels within the organizations• Lessons learned and reflection sessions can be added as needed
