The firm's practice has a strong focus on assisting both foreign and local companies in investing and doing business in Mongolia, and is particularly experienced in such areas as banking and finance, mining and petroleum, corporate and commercial, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, litigation and bankruptcy, intellectual property and tax (including international trade litigation and alternative dispute resolution) as well as infrastructure and foreign direct investment. The firm is staffed with qualified Mongolian professionals, and has over 10 advocates, legal consultants and trademark and patent attorneys. All have extensive familiarity and experience with Mongolian laws and the Mongolian legal system, and most also hold an overseas law degree with places of study including the United States, Japan and Europe. In 2010, we began a working relationship with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, a leading international law firm with over 1,000 lawyers worldwide, in order to leverage the powerful synergies between our two firms.
