We believe in the philosophy that "women-friendly workplaces" in effect translates to "people-friendly workplaces."Organisations which intentionally set diversity goals are fairly successful in achieving them too. However, most organisations continue to struggle to set inclusion goals and hence find it challenging in working towards them. The evidence of this is visible with data indicating the decreasing percentage of diverse workforce as we go higher in the corporate ladder.
