A + B = C It's simple but admittedly not easy. I'm here to help. A is the antecedent. The thoughts and feelings you have about a situation. The B is Behavior; the actual, physical, response to the thoughts and feelings (antecedent). The C is the Consequences, or as I see it, the goals you want to achieve. Once we line up the thoughts and feelings (A) with the responses (B) we can work to achieve the goal.
