Anchor Counselling exists to help people improve their psychological well-being and mental health, by providing accredited professional and confidential services tailored to your needs wherever you are from.We have a contract with Hounslow IAPT service offering short term counselling support to the local community in different locations across the borough. We work with a range in multiple languages, and with interpreters where necessary. You can be referred through your GP or self-referral through the IAPT website. http://www.hounslowiapt.nhs.uk/accessing-the-service/self-referral/ We also provide bespoke services tailored to the needs of clients, including events such as yoga/mindfulness etc.
