Anchor provides a solution to social media and email marketing in the cuisine, arts, music, culture, and retail industries. Our software aims to create efficiency and automation in often misunderstood and time consuming areas of business like creating engaging campaigns, consumer demographic targeting, contact management, product placement, and visibility. In addition to an online marketing engine, Anchor is a versatile app that allows users to explore and discover experiences and activities through location tagged photos in real time. Instead of relying on often old and negative reviews and tips posted on websites like Yelp and apps like Foursquare, our users will be able to browse photos posted by other users that reveal the true nature of what is happening on a hyper local level. Capturing moments like how the surf is breaking at the beach this morning, what exhibit is on at the museum this afternoon, or how the food looks at a local restaurant tonight will be centerpoints of the app. It can be the ultimate travel companion or the weekend warrior's guide to the home turf. In either case, the app's filter settings allow users to seamlessly find exciting things that align with their interests, all happening in real time. As users browse the app they will notice tips. For example, "We just added sunset benches on the west side of Klyde Warren Park" or "We picked up an order of fresh produce this morning from the Farmers Market" will compliment the photos in the app giving users the most effective and personal discovery tool available. It's not about what someone's past experience was like, it's about how the experience will be right now and what places are doing to make the experience even better.
