Anco Specialized Bank (ASB) started operation on 01 July 2006 under the management of Oknha, Kok An, Chairman. ASB has Headquarter in Phnom Penh and 6 branches such: Russeykeo, Kampong Chhnang, Poipet, Battambang, Kampot and Sihanouk Ville. The main purpose of the bank is to provide loans to companies and individuals with small to medium business through lending loan in reasonable interest rate in order to develop national economy of Kingdom of Cambodia like other developed countries. In part the bank's purpose is to support the Royal Government of Cambodia's policy of poverty reduction.
