Situation and risk analysis; strategy development--Assist in analyzing current market conditions and risks. Develop and execute an appropriate strategy customized to each group's unique situation. 2. Governance Structure-- Assist in developing optimum Board and committee governance structure.3. Interim leadership--Provide leadership as interim CEO/ Practice Manager (part time or full time), and if applicable, assist in search for a permanent solution.4. Annual shareholder meetings: 5. Review monthly billing and financial reports 6. Contract Negotiations--Assist in negotiating and executing all contracts with all payers, service sites (hospitals, ASC's), and outside vendors:7. Vendor Relationships-- Evaluate and optimize all vendor relationships.8. Reporting--Review all reports and redesign as needed to achieve maximum clarity and actionable data. 9. Policies and procedures--Assist in developing or revising policies and procedures in all areas of practice management.10.
