Here at Anglia Air Testing, we are able to offer a vast collection of new build building regulation compliance services. The company was founded in 2006, solely offering Air Leakage Testing. Since then, we have expanded our list of services drastically. We are now able to offer you the following services: - Air Leakage Testing (Domestic & Commercial). - SAP Calculations & EPC's. - Sound Testing. - MVHR Commissioning. - Ventilation / Extractor Fan Testing. - Water Efficiency Calculations. We come from a construction background, so always approach every job from a builders point of view. We aim to be your 'one stop shop' for new build compliance testing & assessments. We pride ourselves on a high level of customer service, trying our best to ensure the process is as simple & stress free as possible.All of our testers are either ATTMA or BPEC certified engineers, and our SAP assessments are completed under the STROMA scheme. All of our equipment is calibrated annually in accordance with UKAS, as required for compliance. We have a manned office, 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
