I believe the prevailing approach to personal training has become overly predictable, intensity driven, and annoyingly boring. As as a result, I also believe many people have blatantly wrong concepts in what exercise could, and probably should, be. Challenging but not annoying, exerting but not exhaustive, and made to be a little addicting; that's the simplest way to gain fitness. It's how I gained mine. And it's why Animated Fitness was born. I change the relationships people have with fitness from negative to positive using psychology, games, and the brain-body connection. I work with clients ranging from children to elderly adults, many of whom face challenges such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Parkinsons, Heart conditions, and Obesity. Other clients simply suffer from plain old boredom; but I've found that regardless of reason, those who come to me get more out of exercise if they WANT to exercise. I find that want.
