With deep knowledge of the regulatory and standards landscape for new and novel general aviation concepts and a broad industry network, Anna is an asset for any innovative development program that is looking to navigate the standards and certification landscape. As part of the Aviation Rulemaking Committee (ARC) that rewrote the "Part 23" requirements for general aviation aircraft, Anna was a founding member - and is now vice chair - of ASTM F44, which writes and maintains the industry standards that support the new rule. She is also in a leadership position in the F37 committee for Light Sport Aircraft and the Advisory Committees AC377 for Automation in Aviation and AC433 for EVTOL-focused standards. Outside of ASTM, Anna is the co-chair of the General Aviation Manufacturers Association (GAMA) committee for EVTOL aircraft and has experience on the Hill, including testifying before the House Science Committee in July 2018.
