Building a Treehouse VillageWho better to build a daycare center than a husband and wife team who joyfully celebrates parenthood? Rob and Christina Rubicco started the first Treehouse in the basement of their New Rochelle home and grew it into the top daycare center that it is now. Building their first Treehouse for kids Anna and Jack, now 9 and 8, and sharing it with other kids have been a rewarding experience for the two. As the family grew and added twins Paul and Angelina into the fold, so did their Treehouse Village. Both the couple were successful professionals in their fields. Rob was a digital transformation and management consultant before opening the Norwalk Treehouse, while center director Christina was an NYC kindergarten school teacher, beloved by parents at The Treehouse for her dedication and passion that is reflected in each of their teachers. They have together built a village of Treehouses that have won the coveted Best of Westchester Award twice. Along with their 4 wonderful children, they have been awarded Family of the Year by the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Christina serves the community through the New Rochelle Chamber of Commerce as a member of its Board of Directors, has been recognized as a winner of Fortune's 40 Under 40, and received the Women of Excellence Award. Treehouses provide children with hours of physical play and active learning in a child-friendly environment. While at play with friends, a treehouse is a perfect venue to learn social and interpersonal skills. Planning it, building it together, and climbing up and down will develop teamwork, problem-solving skills, and risk-assessment skills. That's the kind of learning we promote at Anna and Jack's Treehouse. We provide a second home for your kids at our Treehouses where they can learn to be independent individuals under the care and nurturing of our professional teachers, most of whom hold an early education degree.
