Anna received her PhD in Clinical Psychology in 2016 from City University of New York. Anna has trained in motivational interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT, psychodynamic psychotherapy, neurocognitive assessment, Prevention and Relationship Education Program (PREP) and treating individuals, couples, groups, and families. A believer in the importance of an eclectic approach, Anna uses both concrete behavioral strategies and insight-oriented psychotherapy to help her clients. She serves as a panelist and speaker for functions in the field.
