The Annan Team focuses on Inside Sales, Customer Service, Market Research and Virtual Assistance. Inside Sales is working with a client to develop topics for a Call Plan verbally given to their customers, listening to the voice of the customer, documenting responses in a customized CRM and writing a summary report. Our specialty is making relational calls talking to the same person understanding the customer business and how we can save them money by buying right and time by keeping them informed of client business. Customer Service is inbound and outbound support seeking to resolve questions on first request. Customer support covers many topics and we have experience in many industries and accountabilities. Working with the same client, Customer Support working with Inside Sales is a dynamic team supporting the customer. Market Research emphasis has been with verbal calls on Net Promoter Score. Asking the rating is easy but asking why with detailing the reason for rating for statistically and behavior analysis is where our talent excels. Normal market research/surveys are typical projects. Virtual Assistance is working with technical solutions for every day communication or special events. We know many LMS systems as well as Zoom and similar products.
