As a nationwide center, the Anne Frank Educational Center develops innovative concepts and methods for active participation in an open and democratic society. The Educational Center reaches a broad and heterogeneous audience with exhibitions, seminars, workshops, training courses and advisory services. At its heart, our work is inspired by Otto Frank's humanistic message and by Anne Frank's diary. Her book in particular enables young people to understand the consequences of an ideology of inequality. The Educational Center is wants young people and adults to transfer this experience into their everyday life - becoming aware of discrimination, inhumane ideologies and the importance of solidarity.
